Holgates - The Knott

Silverdale sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where woodland trails lead down to the coast and views stretch across Morecambe Bay. The village itself is quiet and walkable, with the RSPB Leighton Moss Nature Reserve nearby for birdwatching, and Jenny Brown's Point offering coastal paths. Arnside is within easy reach for further exploration.

The Knott is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage sleeping six. Ground floor space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and living areas flowing together around a woodburner; a smart TV is available. The first floor holds a kingsize bedroom with TV, a double with ensuite shower, and a twin. The main bathroom has both bath and shower. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and seating looks onto the surrounding trees. The property includes wifi and parking for two cars. One dog is welcome.

The cottage is part of Holgates, a small cluster of holiday properties that share access to a heated indoor swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with heating and electricity.
