New House Farm is a three-bedroom cottage near Carnforth with everything you need for a self-catering break. The ground floor has a living and dining room with a wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine, a conservatory, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is parking for three cars on site and a garden with furniture. The property is non-smoking.
The kitchen is properly set up for cooking, with modern appliances and room to work. A downstairs toilet means you don't need to go upstairs in a hurry. The wood burner takes the chill off in cooler months—initial fuel is provided, and you can buy more locally. If you're planning to walk, there's space to leave muddy boots in the hallway and dry off by the fire afterwards.
Carnforth puts you within reasonable reach of the Yorkshire Dales, Morecambe Bay and the Lake District. One dog is welcome. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Lake District Escape! We recently stayed in one of the yurts at Lunesdale Escapes, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. If you’re looking for the ultimate base to explore the Lake District while enjoying proper rustic luxury, this place is absolute perfection. The yurt itself was wonderfully spacious and cosy. There’s nothing quite like waking up naturally to the morning sun filtering through the bubble canopy, accompanied by the peaceful sound of sheep grazing nearby. It felt completely serene and a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. After full days out exploring the Lakes, coming back to the wood-fired hot tub in the evening was the absolute highlight. Unwinding under the stars with the crackle of the fire made for proper magic. Lunesdale Escapes have got every single detail spot on for a relaxing getaway. We’re already planning our return trip—10/10, couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Stayed in the new yurts at Lunesdale, and it was absolutely beautiful. Nice layout with simple set up of bed, kettle, sofa, log burner, firepit & hottub which is perfect for a camping style experience. Open top for star gazing at night. And absolute gorgeous views, quiet setting and surrounding wildlife 😍 we will defo be visiting again 😊

Luxurious & romantic glamping We spent a weekend in one of the yurts and it was everything we wished for and more. The location felt private and yet the outlook was so open to nature, ideal for watching sunsets and stargazing warmed by the fire pit. The yurt was nothing short of luxurious and felt so romantic with an stunning unique wooden bed and woodburner. The cherry on top for us was the wood fired hot tub. Lunesdale Escapes have really taken glamping to a new level! We will definitely be booking again.

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs stayed in one of the bell tents which was so well presented and equipt with everything you could possibly need. The grassed area to front was brilliant for the kids and very secure for the dogs. Firing up the bbq of an evening followed by chucking few logs on later on finished of a perfect day. We would highly recommend and can't wait to return . The Garrett family.
