Marni’s Seaview

Marni's Seaview is a three-bedroom mobile home on Ocean Edge Holiday Park near Heysham, sleeping up to eight people across ground-floor accommodation. The entrance leads directly into an open-plan living space combining lounge, dining area and kitchen. A sofa bed sits alongside the gas fire and smart TV; the kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and air fryer for self-catering meals. Three bedrooms provide sleeping space: one double bed, one twin, and another double. A shower room completes the layout.

From the decking outside, sea views extend across the bay. Parking for two vehicles comes with the property, and a lockable gate secures the outdoor seating area. The park itself runs a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and sports bar; there is also a play area and arcade for younger guests. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. The property does not permit smoking or vaping. Note that access involves three steps up to the entrance, and no pets are allowed.
