Tewitfield Marina sits on the Lancaster Canal at Carnforth, where the waterfront and countryside meet. Swan House is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that sleeps six, positioned to take in the marina setting. The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen and dining space with full-height windows, a separate lounge with Smart TV and patio doors opening onto a balcony, and a double bedroom with its own shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—one double, one with twin singles—plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Built-in storage runs through the upper rooms.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Parking is on site. One dog can stay free. There is an unfenced canal within the grounds, and two steps to navigate in the outdoor areas. The property is yours alone; smoking is not permitted inside.
A pub sits within a mile. The marina itself offers free fishing (with a valid licence), and a children's play area is shared with other properties on site. The surrounding countryside is accessible for walking, with the canal running through it.

The Swan House at Tewitfield Marina is a 3 bedroom house. There is a dining area, kitchen, sitting room, toilet and shower, and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs, there are another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a door leading to a balcony. The location was perfect. Right facing the boats. I would recommend this place. It's quiet and peaceful. There is also a farm and shops across the road. There are a lot of animals to see, a play park, picnic areas, and crazy golf and archery .
