Blackberry Lane Campsite is in Douglas suitable for guests with or without a bike and is run by an outstanding family team who keep on top of everything ! The breakfast tent from 7am to 11am is spot on ..something for everyone and all those girls cooking are always smiling.. Everytime i went to the showers the lady was cleaning them.. a very friendly team. This video i took is at the end of the camping field where u can see the riders

Tents were OK, other than just a mattress on the floor with stinky bedding. Facilities were just a football clubs showers and toilets. I will say the outside toilets were kept clean but the shower area was not very good. It was definitely not what I expected, I knew it was on a football pitch but thought the Facilities would be alot better. The food tent was the old "cash only" game again which was very expensive. The TT week they must be making a good packet through these bell tents I just wish they wasn't so greedy and taking advantage of it.

I can't fault this site. We arrived at 7am from Ireland with no worries, camped for the first week of the TT. Breakfast, tea and coffee, beers and pies all on site. A fair price with good soil for pegging down tents. Plenty of showers, toilets, and electric sockets for charging stuff. Indoor space to relax if it's cold or wet. £8 for a Taxi from the prom. Plenty of safe hard ground parking for bikes. But best of all an amazing woodland walk that runs the length of the site. Fairy Glen's, waterfalls, fab views and to top it all off... The staff were fantastic, especially Paul he seemed to be there 24/7 with advice and sarcasm in perfect ballance 😂 thank you all.
