Village Hotel Leeds North

Had a really great experience at Village the other night, one of the night staff Quasim on reception was very helpful and informative of all the facilities. The room next door to me were very noisy but he offered another room to me which I declined, but he made sure they didn’t make anymore noise! The breakfast was also very good, lots of selection and tasty. Would definitely recommend to stay however only downside would be no AC in our room🥲

I wanted to leave some positive feedback for Lilia on reception at Village Gym North Leeds. Lilia is a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, she always has a smile on her face and makes you feel genuinely welcome. She is friendly, approachable and incredibly accommodating. What really stands out is her attitude towards customer service. Whether you're asking for directions, a towel, some water or any other help, she never makes you feel like you're inconveniencing her. Unfortunately, that's not always the experience with everyone, which makes Lilia stand out even more. She is a real credit to Village Gym and consistently delivers the kind of service that keeps members coming back. Staff like Lilia deserve to be recognised. I genuinely believe she should be considered for a promotion or, at the very least, a pay rise. Keep doing what you're doing, Lilia. You're setting the standard for outstanding customer service.

I stayed at Village Hotel North Leeds for a few weeks recently and had a really great experience. It’s a lovely hotel — the food, drinks, and overall layout of the place are all excellent. What surprised me most was the atmosphere. I hadn’t realised how many people come here just for a casual drink or to catch up with friends. I ended up bumping into lots of people I already knew, but also met plenty of new people too, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great, and the hotel itself is always very clean and well looked after. But the biggest credit has to go to the staff. Every single member of staff I came across was brilliant — friendly, pleasant, and always willing to help. You can tell the hotel does a fantastic job of attracting and keeping good people. Some staff members have been there for years, and it genuinely shows how much they enjoy working there. Many people I met go and stay there a few times a year even though they live locally, the place has a real buzz about it. All the staff - cleaners, bar staff, and reception team were all fantastic, so thank you to everyone. I’d also like to give special praise to Ellie on reception. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always smiling, great banter, and just an all-round lovely person who really makes guests feel welcome. I wanted to give her a tip when I was leaving but she politely refused. Thankyou Village Hotel, I’ll be back again soon!!

I had Alex as my PT and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was helpful, supportive through the session. She thought me so much on how to navigate my fitness journey with such a positive mind set. Alex always made me feel comfortable and pushed me to my best ability’s. On top of this she is such a nice person and I loved the conversation that we had during our sessions.
