Bramble Cottage is a converted farm worker's cottage, listed for its age and character, positioned within the Harewood Estate near Leeds. The building retains period detail—most notably a handcrafted oak staircase—alongside contemporary renovation. Three bedrooms across two floors each have their own bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom offers a super-kingsize bed (convertible to twin singles) with views across the grounds, while the two smaller rooms upstairs follow suit with similar shower facilities and flexible sleeping arrangements. A third bedroom on the ground floor provides additional flexibility.

The ground floor is arranged for practical living: a spacious kitchen handles full cooking with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and laundry facilities; the living area features a woodburner and smart television. Both ground-floor and first-floor main bedrooms have their own woodburner. Bed linen and towels are supplied, as are initial logs for the stove. An electric car charging point serves the two parking spaces outside.

The enclosed south-facing garden combines lawned space with a patio area furnished with picnic table, parasol, barbecue and firepit. Access to the building is designed for easy wheelchair navigation. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
