Stopped here for one night and it was exactly what you expect for a £40 room. To block that sitting me at the door was very friendly and helpful, but I'm not sure if the bed sheets have been changed in the bed as they had some hairs on them which was not very nice, and although the bathrooms are very clean, room itself had a musty now to them. The Tesco a very short walk away was handy.

These are not honest people, don't bother. You're better off staying at Travelodge, you pay slightly less and much better quality. I booked a night there on the 26th December 2025. When I arrived, the bathrooms were a mess, dirty shower, unpleasant smell. No towels provided. TV remote not working properly. Handful of hair in the bin. Called the owner and explained that I was not happy and he immediately offered a refund. I left the property and stayed somewhere else. Since then, they are ignoring my calls and my emails, no refund received.

Affordable guest house for single person or families to stay... Good service.. Clean and neat... Fridge, TV, kitchen is also available..

We had a lovely stay. the beds were very comfortable, Good and healthy choice of breakfast. Very homely. And you did it all by yourself multi tasking. Amazing. A good sense of humor over a breakfast table, what more can one ask for. And to crown it all, my daughter got a free brand new toilet brush for her university room, just because we forgot to buy her one. Thank you very and we will definitely be back.
