Great place to stay. Very convenient location. Handy Tesco Express opposite. The lady on reception when we arrived could not have been more helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and tidy. A good overnight rest stop. Lovely pub next door as well. Plenty of free parking.

The receptionist on arrival was lovely. She chose me a quiet room at the end of the corridor and asked me questions to ensure I got what I wanted. I paid £81 (including paying for Wi-Fi) which I think was expensive for what I got. Positives: Quiet and peaceful Decent sized family room with a double and two single beds Shower, toilet and sink Tea and coffee making facilities Tv with free view Plenty of towels USB charging points as well as plug sockets Negatives: Had to pay for Wi-Fi Quite cold in the room Cleanliness throughout wasn't good Pillow had an unpleasant smell Check out receptionist wasn't as professional.

Room 5 - Flies on ceiling in bathroom. No lock inside of bedroom door to feel safe. Drainage smell in shower. Receptionist however really polite and welcoming. Good location but rooms and hotel itself looking very tired on the inside.

Great helpful hotel staff reception was brilliant could not fault them. Great room bit noisy by other guests doors slamming people raised voices cant help that all in all had a good sleep before work and after before my journey back home
