Don’t be fooled by the website and the app both saying “parking is available”. They don’t tell you but you MUST PREBOOK AND PREPAY. And it’s a rip off £20 as well. 😡😡. PARKING is not available if you just turn up with your prepaid reservation like we did. However after 30 minutes wait they did fund us a spot, but had the web and app been honest, we would not have had any of the associated stress. Nevertheless, to be fair to Voco the rest of the overnight stay was excellent. Clean spacious, nicely laid out room. Big shower too! Very quiet despite central location. Evening meal was excellent. Breakfast also good albeit we only had the buffet.

Excellent hotel in Leicester. New and very clean rooms. The rooms were very nicely done and well thought out. Our room had two desk spaces which was handy. We found it quiet for city centre too. Parking is available but prebook it. Breakfast was good with quite a few options however coffee was pretty dire. There is a great coffee shop in the same building separate from the hotel. Plenty food options nearby too.

We stayed at voco Leicester for a wedding, and from start to finish the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything was well organised, the hotel was spotless, and our room was comfortable. A special thank you to Sonia and Alex, who were both so friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent customer service really made our stay memorable. We’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend voco Leicester to anyone visiting Leicester. Thank you, Sonia and Alex!

Absolutely brilliant stayed here to watch the rugby it is literally next door to the stadium. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious the beds were really comfortable and the tea tray was well stocked including biscuits also water in the fridge and the breakfast was delicious a great range and well cooked. Every staff I spoke to was polite helpful and friendly.
