We stayed here in our tent in June 2026. We’d planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 3. Brian and the other staff here are friendly and welcoming. The site is kept clean and tidy. The toilet and sink areas are clean and spacious. I wouldn’t give a lower star for it but would say the shower floors could do with a deep clean in the ladies, but I’m being picky because otherwise it’s a lovely well kept site. It’s really handy having Millie’s Cafe on site too. We bought a lovely cake when we arrived and a couple of bacon rolls on the Sunday morning. It’s walking distance to the town, which is about 1.3 miles / 30 minutes along the road or you can walk through the fields on the public footpaths and through the housing estate. It’s a lovely walk. Would highly recommend this site and we will definitely be returning.

This site was perfect. There's a lovely cafe on site that served us with some of the nicest sausage cobs you could ever have. The staff were so very friendly and polite, and the entire site from the toilets and shower blocks, to the beautifully kept grounds were immaculate. It was so peaceful with some lovely dog walks away from roads. We will definitely be returning.A+

A nice spacious well kept Campsite with lovely views. Brian was really friendly and helpful when we wanted to book an extra night. The Farm shop and Cafe had a good selection of Delicious Cakes,Toasties and Paninis. A nice gem of a site on the outskirts of Barrow on Soar and Loughborough. We will return!

What a lovely Site Absolutely Spotless & the staff were really nice & helpful. Some hard standings with plenty of room. Showers were really clean & though they are a £1.00 You now get 10 minutes of lovely hot water & loads of room to dry yourself. Fabulous Coffee /Farm Shop too. Thoroughly enjoyed the dog walks. Will be back soon Pauline & Basil
