Basic motel. I paid £62 but should have waited as the £38 late deal offer was a more appropriate price. No facilities at all. They have a snack machine, or you have the Indian restaurant/bar next door. Nothing else in the vicinity. Relatively clean, but very run down, and had a lingering smell. The blinds were missing some slats but the curtains were reasonably lightproof. The supplied chair had two out of four screws missing so it moved when sat on. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was fine. The bed creaked every time you sat on it or moved, and was very soft. Even though it is near the road, my room (at the back) didn't really suffer from the noise. Bear in mind that is is on a busy dual carriageway, and only accessible from the southbound carriageway, so coming from the south is an extra 5 miles, so once you've seen it, gone past it, come off the next junction and gone back around to the other side, it feels a long way. Also, leaving the hotel is an exciting prospect as there is not a lot of sliproad to rejoin the 70mph traffic

Paid £84 for a two night weekend stay! Outstanding value for money. Great location with easy access to Leicester, Nottingham and surrounding areas. Hotel was clean and quiet with good free parking and an Indian restaurant next door. Room great size, good decor, clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom good with good toiletries and towels provided, with quick hot water and good power to the shower. I've given it 5 stars based on the price paid and for what we got. Want a true 5 star experience, then pay 5 times the amount and go elsewhere. Want a good cheap place to stay, this is highly recommended.

A very good value for money. 20 mins away from city centre. 10 mins away from 24/7 Asda. Easy deliveries of uber eats, just eat. Free parking. On the highway. If you are having economical budget then an ideal place. Don’t expect too much in the price offered. Ideal for economical budget

Clean room, comfortable bed, basic facilities. We had a room at the front of the hotel which is south facing and closest to the A46 which is a dual carriageway, busy with 70mph traffic, and consequently quite noisy. Would have been better to have a fan in the room as we stayed during the heatwave.
