Redwood House

Redwood House spreads across two floors with a layout designed for groups. Ground level contains two living spaces—each with an open fire—plus a dining room, kitchen, conservatory, utility room and two separate toilets. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one double with an ensuite bathroom, two further doubles, and a twin room, along with a shower room. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, range and dishwasher. One dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The back garden is enclosed, with patio seating, garden furniture and a summerhouse. There's parking for three cars on site. Wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and the initial fire fuel are included. The village of Hoby itself is quiet and rural, with a pub nearby and walks along the River Wreake. No smoking indoors.
