Self entry, never met the hosts but clear and concise instructions for accessing your room. The booking site list breakfast but that is incorrect. Poor WiFi and ample free parking is available across the road.

Two years ago we stayed with Anona and Jeff. We had such a great stay with them that when we decided to revisit Shetland, we booked again. All the rooms (we have stayed in each one now) are very comfortable. All are well equipped and had everything we needed. Breakfasts are wonderful too. Great to have fresh fruit every morning. The B&B is well situated too for exploring the town and eating out in the evenings. They are a lovely couple and we can thoroughly recommend Rockvilla.

It's the perfect place to stay in Lerwick. Anona and Jeff provide great hospitality, wonderful rooms, an ideal location, and the best breakfasts that I've ever eaten. We have stayed many times and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Shetland. Local knowledge, with advice on where to visit, eat, or find entertainment, are all happily shared in a friendly hospitable way. To summarise, it's the best B&B that I've ever stayed in.

Had a brilliant three night stay with the wonderful Anona and Jeff. Great room and delicious breakfast, and just a few minutes walk to the centre of town.
