Booked a caravan with a dog and didn’t expect a top of the range but wow weren’t impressed at all the bedding smelt the pillows were brown and the pub in site smelt like cat urine couldn’t bear to be in there. Used to be a great site but definitely in need of an upgrade!! Will not be returning I am by no means a snob but least I expect is a clean pillow and curtains that probly haven’t been washed for years!!! Not what I expect when I take my grandchildren

It was the best stay ever in MC7. Rooms were clean and comfortable 😌 and the host was friendly. Definitely going back again.

Just recently had a short break with my family , great location only a 10/15 min walk to the markets and beach caravan was clean all beds made up for our arrival , we had a few small issues on arrival shower wasn’t working cold water only but when we rang the office to inform them they sent a plumber out with in 30 minutes, small crack in the bottom of the fridge only mentioned it as didn’t want to be responsible for the damage not only did they send someone out to check it but they replaced the whole fridge freezer , all staff seemed lovely and chatty very respectful they took shoes off when entering the caravan for the repairs. Was great they had an onsite laundrette for when wen got caught in the rain we could throw all our wet clothes in the washer / dryer , the only downfall was no onsite shop but still there’s a local Tesco / spar which is about a 15 min walk , I’d definitely stay again

The launderette on site is only open 9 am to 5 pm though you will need tokens and to buy tokens, you need cash good luck finding the woman that has the tokens because she’s pretty much out half of the day and the site is absolutely disgusting with no one able to understand basic English the caravans are awful with next to no signal on the TV they are disgusting inside and out with filth the kettles aren’t cleaned properly the sewer stinks potholes everywhere the local entertainment/pub isn’t open until Fridays the staff are highly rude and the entertainment/Pub the pipes in the booze need cleaning or something I had to ask for a full refund for my beer as it tasted awful cats laying around in the entertainment/Pub so if you’ve got allergies, good luck won’t be coming here again
