Couples and families of up to four will find The Stables a practical base for exploring North Kesteven. This detached conversion sits on an active arable farm at the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, within reach of Lincoln cathedral, the coast, and countryside popular with walkers and cyclists. The property is entirely yours, with parking for two cars on site and a back garden with seating.
Everything is ground floor: a living room with smart TV, a kitchen-dining space with electric cooking, a bedroom with a super kingsize bed, and a second bedroom with twin singles (convertible to a super kingsize if needed). There is one bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A travel cot is available on request. One small dog can stay free, though the working farm means dogs must be kept on lead.
From the doorstep you can access quiet lanes and public footpaths that wind through farmland and open countryside. The nearby River Witham cycle route offers a traffic-free way into Lincoln, while Woodhall Spa is a short drive away. No smoking inside the property.

We stayed at The Granary over Easter. There was a lovely welcome of a card and basket. The house was perfect - plenty of room for the 7 of us. It had everything we needed. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We stayed in The Stables for an Easter break. We were taking our son to the area to start his new job so have now found a beautiful place to stay when we visit him. So peaceful and quiet. Thank you Jen for the amazing and personal welcome pack! We look forward to our next visit!

We have stayed at the Coach House several times, and each time has been very enjoyable. The farm is situated in a calm area far from roads, is well equipped, very clean and the hosts are very friendly. The surroundings are very relaxing and we are looking forward to more stays at the Coach House.
