Stayed in Liverpool for a concert, this was very reasonably priced compared to other properties/hotels in the area. Suites are a little basic but you get what you pay for. Plenty of free on-street parking

September 2023 the room was freezing from when we booked in until we checked out. The central heating works of a main boiler and was switched off and the reception played like they did not understand the problem. Met other guests who complained that their room was cold and had mould growing on one of the wall. Our room was dusty. The bathroom was tiny
