Our 3rd visit to this lovely, rural campsite. Easy access to wonderful walks & interesting places on the Wirral. Sites that will allow tents are very rare in the area so this was a great find & we plan to return next summer. Thank you again, Trevor.

Great campsite with friendly host. Well maintained site with decent hot showers, all nice and clean. Short walk to the pub down the road . A lovely relaxing stay and we will be back. Thanks Trevor ☺️

The amenities needed a thorough clean and the showers were temperamental.The owner,Trevor, is a difficult person to contact to try to book as he rarely answers the phone so if you don’t need a hook up I would just turn up as there is plenty of room.We enjoyed our stay with our dog and there is lots of space to exercise dogs off the lead.It’s a basic site and I thought the new rate of £30 per night with electric was just a bit steep for what was on offer.Quite a bit of traffic noise from the adjacent road but it was still a site where you could just chill out, particularly in the tenting field.A short drive into West Kirby and there was a train station where you could go into Liverpool for £6.50 return
