⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service! I had an amazing one-week stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean area, yet it is still within easy walking distance of Liverpool city centre and many attractions. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. Every member of the front desk team was welcoming, friendly, courteous, and professional. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Melvin Thomas for his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable by helping me set up my UK SIM card, providing detailed directions around the city, and even taking the time to find vegan restaurants for me. As a vegan, I found it challenging to locate suitable dining options, and his kindness, patience, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Absolutely amazed how gorgeous the hotel is. We stayed on the 12th floor and the views of the city were stunning 😍 The room was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean and the bed so comfy. The breakfast in the morning was one of the nicest we have ever had and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sara who made us feel so welcome. Could not fault this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here on Friday 3rd July for the Leanne and Dave Pod Night. Stayed in an absolutely gorgeous studio room completely with kitchen, sofa and the most comfortable bed ever! Service at the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was top tier - especially the hash browns and pastries. Thanks so much to Sara and team. It's a great hotel in a fab location and I would whole heartedly recommend.

3 nights stay over our wedding and it was stunning, the room and views were amazing! Incredibly comfortable bed! The breakfast was fantastic! A lot of choice and very tasty! Could not fault anything 10/10! Staff were incredibly friendly too! Parking could be better situated however being able to park outside for 30 mins helped this a lot! Other than that honestly such an amazing experience!
