Llandudno draws families to its Victorian promenade, sandy beaches and vintage cable tramway that climbs the Great Orme. Llwynon Cottage sits in a central location where the town's restaurants and seafront are within walking distance. The semi-detached property has three bedrooms sleeping six: a double and two singles on the first floor, a kingsize on the second with its own bathroom. A family bathroom serves the ground floor, which holds the living room and dining space, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with heating and hot water. A small courtyard provides outdoor sitting space; parking is on the road.
One dog stays free. The cottage is no-smoking. Nearby, Conwy's castle and town walls lie a few miles away, and the Bodnant Garden sits further into the valley. The area suits families wanting both seaside activities and access to North Wales' historic towns and countryside.

As the other reviews say, this is an outstanding immaculate holiday rental in an absolute ideal place to explore Llandudno. Its finished to a very high standard throughout, with a double bedroom on the second floor with its own bath and shower etc. On the first floor is a twin room, a double bedroom and the family bathroom. On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge and a dining room with the kitchen behind. There was Tea, coffee and biscuits left for us which was a wonderful touch. Fresh towels and bedding were provided as well. The host was lovely with good communication and information. Overall,I together with our friends that shared it with us highly recommend this place.

Great holiday home in a brilliant location, close to Great Orme tram stop and handy for all the amenities and attractions of Llandudno. Very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful cottage finished to a very high standard. Easily accessible to the town and the promenade. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
