About Ashfields Hotel

Rooms at Ashfields Hotel come with en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds, and drinks available in the room, giving guests a straightforward, well-kept base for a stay in Llandudno. They're kept spotlessly clean and quiet, though some are on the smaller side, so this suits travellers who don't need a lot of space to spread out. Room service is available, and the hotel's 24 hour reception means arrivals and requests are easy to manage at any time.

Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar on site, along with free WiFi throughout, and mornings start with a cooked breakfast that's a regular highlight for guests. Free on-site parking is another practical plus, saving the hassle of finding street parking nearby.

The hotel sits close to The Summit Complex, and Llandudno itself is a short distance away, roughly 0.45 miles by the lift. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling routes, golf and fishing, plus watersports, and there are pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby for evenings out. Service throughout is noted for being efficient and friendly, and the overall setup represents solid value for the price.

Michelle looled after our bus crew who came across from Dublin for the Llandudno transport festival last weekend. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the greeting and information we had upon arrival was fantastic. The rooms were spotlessly clean with everything we needed and were very quiet at night which meant a great nights sleep was had. The bathroom was immaculate, the shower had great pressure and was lovely and hot. The breakfast on both mornings was in a quaint breakfast room downstairs and had a selection of cereals, the nicest orange juice we have had in a long time and we were served a wonderful cooked breakfast with toast on both mornings. The service at thr Ashfields was excellent, and we will be returning next year. Would highly recommend staying here.

Host was very pleasant. The location was good & had parking. Our room was very small dated but clean. The shower cubicle you had to go in sideways & we are only petite people. There was 1chair in the room no little table or anything. This hotel wouldnt be suitable for people with mobility or disabled as lot of stairs to your rooms then stairs which are steep to go downstairs to the restaurant. Sadly we won't return as we couldn't fault the hostess

Its close to all pubs and restaurants yet far enough to be quite. Rooms lively and clean. Excellent breakfast. Really good value for money

It was 3 years since we stayed in this god awful dump. Reading the latest reviews this rude, argumentative owner has neither changed her attitude, cleaned, decorated or replaced old dirty and uncomfortable beds, bedding or towels. I recommend you to read all the negative reviews before booking; they maybe the only genuine ones...
