If only I could give this guest house a 10 star! I think this is the best in Llandudno. Upon arriving at the property, Neill welcomed us. It felt like I am in a 5 star hotel with how personalised and VIP the service felt because he knows where I came from (probably because of the check in form I filled out). I find this very thoughtful and makes guests feel important. Other comments: Room: Very clean, comfortable bed, and my favourite colour is purple - I got a purple themed room! Only improvement I think is the shower, I tried to shower in the morning and it is too cold, for some reason the heating stopped working. Breakfast: Delicious hot meals and other options for breakfast. Neill again was very thoughtful, always giving a five star service to the guests and remembers what we like to order and what we don't like. These simple things are what guests like me really appreciate the most. Location: This place is the best location! It is near the pier, near the tram station going to Great Orme, near the bus stop going to Conwy and others, near all the shops. Price: I found this very affordable considering the 5 star service that Neill provides, breakfast, location, and the room. Salamat Niell and to the rest of the people who are helping you maintain and provide services to the guests. Thank you so much for your hospitality and will definitely book your accommodation when we visit again!

Fantastic break at this lovely guest house , hosts Neil and Arwel were fantastic ,very friendly, good reccomendations for places ,the rooms were spotless ,comfortable beds ,gleaming bathrooms ,and breakfast was cooked to perfection and boiling hot too . We had 3 rooms and each one was a delight , we will definitely stay here again . And very convenient to the town ,pier, the tram ,orme ,pubs ,shops fab x x

Outstanding, the bedroom was immaculate and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up the bedding was brilliant white , the bathroom was immaculate with a lovely little bag of beauty products for guests to use owner's were friendly and the breakfast was five star standard. We booked three rooms for the family and they were all brilliant. If we go back to Llandudno we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Room very clean but didn't have the best of views. Staff very friendly and breakfast fantastic. In a good location to wander round Llandudno with plenty of eating places nearby.
