About Breeze b&b
Church Walks sits at the foot of the Great Orme, and Breeze B&B makes the most of that spot, with the Summit Complex nearby and Llandudno's seafront around 0.65 miles away by road. It's a setting that suits both a stroll along the promenade and a walk up onto the headland, depending on the day and your energy.
Rooms come as en-suite doubles and family options, each with drinks provided and access to free WiFi. Breakfast is included, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for those who want to sit outside rather than in. Reception is staffed around the clock, and luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures.
The surrounding area covers most bases, with a golf course, fishing, cycling and walking routes, and watersports all within reach, alongside pubs, bars and restaurants nearby for evenings out. It's a straightforward, well-placed base for exploring Llandudno on foot or further afield.

Beautiful place, breakfast was lovely. Mark & Fiona make your stay that little bit more special. We had an issue which was quickly and effectively dealt with, with no fuss. O would definitely stay again if I was going to visit Llandudno.

Mark and Fiona are the perfect hosts, very welcoming on arrival, very easy going and very keen to offer advice on things to do and places to eat. They are both very easy to chat with and genuinely interested in finding out about their guests. We were the only guests over the weekend, so we felt very spoiled. Our room, Room 7 at the top on the front, was cosy and warm, tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. The double bed was very comfortable, all linen fresh and clean. The bathroom is compact, very modern and clean. Everything worked as it should, and the shower was spot on. As we were the only guests during our stay, we were given our choice of breakfast time (usually between 8 and 9 am). The breakfast room at the front if the property was warm and very inviting, the walls adorned with superb original artwork and prints by a local artist. Breakfast was a choice of cereal, orange juice, tea, coffee and pastries. We also opted for the full traditional cooked breakfast, which was cooked to perfection and a good hearty start to a busy day Xmas shopping. We've stayed at number of B&Bs in Llandudno over the past few years and the Breeze is up there with the best of them. I can't fault our stay at all, Mark and Fiona take obvious pride in offering a quality stay in every regard. We hope to return in the new year.

Had a fantastic weekend here for my mum's birthday. The guest house is located very close to the pier and only a small walk into the shops. The family who own this are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The service they provide is a lot better than the big hotels and the breakfast is plentiful and top quality food. They are both very knowledgeable about Llandudno and surrounding areas, even recommending the best places to park. Can highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back.
