It's a small guesthouse with eight rooms, run on a straightforward, comfortable footing rather than frills, and Llandudno itself is well under a mile away by the route most guests take on foot.
Rooms are simple and modern, each with an en-suite bathroom, free WiFi and drinks provided, and a full breakfast is included to set guests up for the day. There's a garden to sit out in, luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures, and no on-site parking, so those travelling by car will need to plan for that in advance.
The surrounding area suits an active or seaside stay, with walking and cycling routes nearby, golf and fishing within reach, and watersports available along the coast. The Summit Complex is a notable point of interest close by, and there are pubs, restaurants and entertainment options within easy reach for evenings out.

When we arrived Sue was so welcoming and helpful, as we had not booked a room. We had booked at a different location but upon arrival we were not happy with the cleanliness so decided to look at other alternatives. We came across Sue's B&B and Sue went above and beyond for us. The rooms are above clean, the facilities are 10 out of 10, the atmosphere is friendly, comfortable and homely, the view was a sea view and breathtaking. Sue was thoughtful with our dietary requirements as I am vegetarian. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. An absolute gem of a place!!!!!

Great location, beautiful rooms with good view and comfortable beds, plenty of refreshments, breakfast included and the lady that runs it is absolutely lovely, very accommodating and extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

After being let down by booking.com regarding a flat we were supposed to stay in for 3 nights (all paid for) to be told when we got to the property that it has closed down, thankfully Sue at the beach house took us in and saved our holiday, we were there for my 30th birthday and if it wasn't for Sue we would have had to travel back home. Perfect location, great rooms with comfy beds and great bathroom, delicious cooked breakfasts, my favourite place to stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much to Sue and everyone at the Beach House.
