We have just returned from a wonderful one-night stay at Cae Mor, and I wanted to take the time to thank the entire team for making it such a special experience. This trip meant a great deal to my family. My elderly parents, who are both in their 70s, have not been away for an overnight stay in many years due to ill health. In the weeks leading up to our visit, it was uncertain whether they would be well enough to travel, but throughout the booking process the staff at Cae Mor were incredibly understanding, supportive and accommodating. Their kindness and reassurance made a real difference. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and the warmth, professionalism and genuine care shown by everyone we encountered was exceptional. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, the facilities were excellent, our room was comfortable and welcoming, and the food was superb. However, what truly sets Cae Mor apart is its people. The attention to detail and the way the team made us feel valued as guests helped create memories that my parents and I will cherish for a long time. The greatest compliment we can give is that my parents enjoyed their stay so much that they booked a return visit for the summer before they had even checked out. After so many years without a holiday, that speaks volumes about the experience they had. Thank you to everyone at Cae Mor for helping turn what could have been an anxious trip into such a positive, relaxing and memorable break. We couldn't have asked for more and would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Llandudno.

This is a lovely small hotel in a fantastic location, on the promenade. Our room was perfect, clean and had great amenities. There is a lift and stairs!! The food smelled so good, but we got in late every night. The staff at Cae Mor Hotel were kind and accommodating. Our last day we could not get a taxi to the train station and the owner of the hotel brought us to the train station. Very caring and considerate service. I would highly recommend this hotel. The bad reviews on Google are prior to new management.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights to celebrate our mum's 90th birthday. Andrew and all the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, served in a lovely dinning room overlooking the sea. Thank you to all for making our weekend so special 💕 😀

We had a one night stay for my mother in-laws bitrday. The hotel is beautiful extremely clean, the staff were absolutely incredible. They did a little birthday suprise in their room for her. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing. Thank you
