Me and my husband came and stayed here Friday 5th till 7th June stopped in room 1.hotel so nice room beautiful clean smell fresh ..was treated by owner which was lovely..had breakfast wow best breakfast ever absolutely beautiful hot food cooked fresh ..eggs to dye for so golden will 100% be stopping here again couldn't have asked for a great stay thank you so much xxx

Just had another 3 day stay at this excellent guest house. Tracy and Simon are very welcoming . Parking a bonus and only a short walk to Llandudno front and shopping area. Breakfast is aways great. Cooked to order and nice and hot. Eggs are superb. Had two visits to the theatre and had meals there . Best to pre book as it is aways full. So thanks once again will be back as soon as time will allow us. Sue & Steve Huggins.

Read the reviews very good ratings arrived yesterday was greeted by Tracy who helped us park the car and gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything to us the building is well cared for clean and tidy our room no5 clean well laid out everything included that you would need had our first breakfast this morning first class very good quality and well cooked praise to Simon. looking forward to the next few days we would recommend this hotel many thanks John and Maggie
