Lovely stay, the whole place is spotlessly clean and our room was perfect. Ann and David are the friendliest of hosts and Bonnie is the sweetest natured dog you could meet. No hesitation to return.

The hosts are fantastic, especially Bonnie the dog 😀 Our room (8) was very spacious and well equipped. Hotel is in a great location close to shops and restaurants but not noisy at night.

The home was immaculate and clearly maintained with great care by Ann and David, who were among the kindest hosts we've ever encountered. I would highly recommend this place, particularly for dog lovers—Bonnie was truly a memorable part of our journey

We have absolutely loved our stay at Granby House. Ann & David go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and provide you with all the relevant information you need upon arrival. Our room was beautiful and we would rate this as one of the best guest house experiences we have had. Would definitely recommend this place to stay in Llandudno and it is excellent value too. 5 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
