About Chatsworth House Hotel

Llandudno's Central Promenade is the setting for Chatsworth House Hotel, a short walk from the town centre and close to The Summit Complex. It's a straightforward base for a Welsh coastal break, with the seafront and local attractions within easy reach.

Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available and drinks provided; some guests have found the rooms could do with more upkeep, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on site serving breakfast and packed lunches, though the food has been described as unremarkable rather than a highlight. Facilities extend to an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna, plus a lift for easier access, and there's regular evening entertainment laid on for guests.

Outside the hotel, the area suits walking and cycling, with golf, fishing and watersports nearby, along with pubs and restaurants for those who fancy exploring further afield. Pets are welcome, making it a workable option for a seaside stay with the whole family in tow.

Had a fantastic stay, the staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble for them. The sea front location was perfect with room having a view of the harbour and pier. The room was a little in need of TLC but the room, bedding and towels were immaculately clean. The age of the hotel and its constant full capacity is bound to leave decoration looking a little tired. The food was of a good standard for the package we were on.

Everything was faultless. Staff friendly, patient and helpful. Rooms clean and lovely really hot water. Food was fabulous - we are all going home several lbs. heavier! Wonderful breakfasts, 3 course dinners and entertainment every night of our 4 night stay - which was some of the best we have ever had. Thank you Chatsworth!

Lovely polite staff, I felt welcome and comfortable. I had a great time here and I really enjoyed the bar service and heated pool area. The only thing I can suggest for improvement is the quality of the food and lack of meal options. The rooms are quite outdated but they were clean and well kept, with free tea, coffee, with soap and shower gel/shampoo provided for your shower. Apart from the food in my opinion, I would recommend this, especially with it being so close to the shops and pier. Thanks for the stay!
