About Headlands Hotel
Headlands Hotel occupies a spot on Hill Terrace in Llandudno, a modestly sized property with just 15 rooms that gives it a more personal feel than larger seafront hotels. Guests staying here get free on-site parking, though some have found it can be tight at busy times, along with air conditioning, free WiFi and drinks available in the room.
The hotel's restaurant and bar are well regarded, particularly the breakfast, which offers a good range of choices to set guests up for the day. There's also a spa and sauna on site, a garden to relax in, and a lift for easier access to the upper floors. Staff are consistently described as friendly and accommodating, and dogs are welcome, making this a practical choice for those travelling with pets. The hotel also caters for weddings and meetings, with function space available.
The location makes the most of Llandudno's setting, with rooms offering notable views, and the town itself around three-quarters of a mile away. The Summit Complex is nearby for those wanting a local point of interest, and there are pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach for evenings out.

What guests say
Wonderful b+b with stunning views, clean rooms, amazing breakfast and a lovely warm welcome. Yes its dated but its victorian! If u want something modern book a travelodge/premier inn. Yes theres only 4 parking spaces for 16 rooms but you will find this all over llandudno. At least here the street parking is free unlike in town. Yes its on a steep hill but you wouldnt get the views otherwise! Yes its 4 floors with no lift but note victorian building!! Overall best hotel ive stayed in in llandudno. Ideally situated for cable car, happy valley gardens and walk to Great Orme. With a 5 min walk to town. Will book again.

Fantastic location. And from there it's downhill all the way. Parking is a lottery so you might find yourself some way from the hotel with a steep hill and bags to carry. No lift so top floor requires some footwork. Rooms are tiny, beds are small (I presume modern size beds wouldn't fit in the rooms). Decor dated, light fittings broken, tv didn't work, bedside cabinet had no handles, wallpaper peeling, generally a bit ughh. There are no evening meals which to me makes this a very expensive B&B, and £145 a night is expensive as I have stayed at 3 other accommodations on this trip all of which were superior and cheaper. The view from the room was superb and the breakfast good. I will look elsewhere if I return to Llandudno.

Well if you expect a wow - it is not the hotel. Perhaps the oldest one I have been but with its charm. Nice location looking above the molo. Beds fine - slept well. Cleaningess - can be more. Breakfast & parking included. Taking shower is a bit tricky
