Our room was nice. Plenty of room. The breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice. Our hosts were very friendly. My only thing I found a bit unusual that we never had house keeping for the 4 days we stayed. Also which we loved, was near shops and beach. Just a short walk to pier.

Avoid if you are travelling with children. I booked this property because the Booking.com listing clearly states that children of any age are welcome. My booking was confirmed, but afterwards the hotel say they could not honour the reservation because they did not have the appropriate family room available and would have to cancel it. While mistakes can happen, what was completely unacceptable was the way I was treated when I called the hotel. The staff member was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending from the start of the conversation. Instead of apologising or trying to explain the situation professionally, I was made to feel as though the problem was mine. There was no empathy, no attempt to help and no willingness to discuss a solution. Cancelling a confirmed reservation because you cannot provide the correct room is disappointing enough, but treating customers with such a poor attitude is simply unacceptable. Thankfully, Booking.com handled the situation professionally and confirmed my cancellation free of charge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Great. Everything you expect. Clean, friendly and very obliging staff. Breakfast marvellous, 3/4 choices of breakfast, yoghurt, fruit, no one could possibly complain. Breakfast always piping hot. I am definitely returning to you Guy

We booked a deluxe room just glad i hadn't paid more than we did it had 2 single beds pushed together to make a double the mattresses were very soft the toilet was a problem for flushing when you pressed it down it got stuck and you had to tap it a few times to get it to come up, the shower wouldn't turn down it was quiet hot, so if you were sensitive it would of burnt (me and my husband found it too hot) it wouldn't be suitable for children. There was extensions that wrnt along the back of the bed for the lamps also on the dresser there was an extension for the tv and other electrical things also an adaptor plug which had the kettle in it. The door to the room you could see the light under it and down the side. Breakfast was ok but we felt very pressured we got to the dining room and the owner was asking us did we want tea/coffee did we want toast and what did we want on out full breakfast we had barely sat down at the time, milk for your drinks was on the table where the cereals were. It certainly wasn't a 4 star standard The owner was friendly enough
