It is B&B with great breakfast offer. Bedroom spacious and clean (twin was double plus single). Very friendly. Very reasonable price. Close to promenade, pier, shops and good restaurants but not noisy. Only negative would be if you couldn't manage stairs as no lift. We will definitely return if we can.

What a wonderful week we had here. The hotel is clean, very comfortable, everything is provided. The location is just perfect and the hosts couldn’t be any friendlier or helpful, from the moment we booked to the minute we left. Thank you from the eggs and the kipper 😁

Stayed here for long weekend. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Very clean rooms and I mean clean.. The breakfast was spot on! Everything within walking distance 👌🏻 will be back next month

Loved every minute.. very clean. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic for all amenities….very close to the peer and great Orem….stayed here twice and would definitely go back….you would not be disappointed…
