About Bryn Parc
Tucked into the Ceredigion countryside near Llandysul, Bryn Parc is a tiny farm campsite with just a handful of pitches and a peaceful, remote feel that's perfect for walkers and wildlife-watchers. The setting is genuinely spectacular—rolling hills, birdsong, and dark skies—while facilities keep things simple but thoughtful: hot showers, washing-up areas, and renewable energy. Campfires are welcome, adding to the wild camping atmosphere, though note that pets aren't allowed.
It's a leave-the-car-at-home kind of place with pick-up from public transport available, and the location puts you within reach of canoeing, cycling, and fishing. Pitches start from around £110 a night, which feels steep for such basic provision, but you're paying for seclusion and scenery. A shop and farmers' market are nearby for provisions. If you want total tranquillity and don't mind roughing it slightly, Bryn Parc delivers.

We had such a lovely stay in the shepherd’s hut. It was beautifully presented, cosy, and incredibly peaceful — the perfect little escape. Every detail had clearly been thought about and it felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 3 nights midweek - a woman on my own. Such a peaceful place. Claire was a lovely, friendly host, very helpful if you need her but not too intrusive. She left 6 fresh eggs from her chickens, which were lovely in a omelette. The bed and bedding was amazing!! Best sleeps I’ve had in ages. It is basic living but with all the kit you need. Had several warm showers and the waterless loo experience was fine - no icky smells. I loved the challenge - first time I’ve ever done anything like this but I felt safe and relaxed. Will definitely be back! Thank you Claire.

We have just spent 2 nights at this lovely place. The shepherd's hut is very cosy and the views are stunning! We had the sheep and cows as our neighbours and Caramac the goat is a cutie! And thank you Clare for the eggs. We will definitely be coming back. X
