The online booking system for the main swimming pool changed a week ago and, since then, it has been impossible to book. Only few time slots appear (much less than before) and they are always fully booked. Can you please fix this asap? I would like to be able to use the pool as I have been doing over the last 2 years. Thank you

Great community gym with a variety of classes. New instructor Tara is absolutely amazing. Highly motivating and her classes push you to do better, to your own ability. Other instructors are also good and majority of the classes are popular and can get booked up fast. Website does get slow at 10pm every night, hope they can increase the servers capacity.

Visited this facility yesterday as was recommended here by professionals to shower my full time wheelchair user son (age 9) as our home is no longer accessible for him. I was absolutely appalled at the site with the filthy, unhygienic conditions this disabled accessible changing room was in. Despite this I still tried to use this facility but as soon as I turnt on shower flies flew from the drains, this mortified my child leaving us unable to use and having to go elsewhere. I Reported this and staff seemed shocked hopefully this gets solved soon as this is unacceptable and looks as if it’s been neglected.

Gym is quite dirty. They ask their members to wipe down the equipment after use, which is fine, most gyms do this. But I wonder if the staff assume this replaces the role of an actual cleaner. There was a chunk of unknown gunk in the bottle holder of the stair machine that was there for the full 5 or 6 months I was a member. I remember seeing a set of women’s hoop earrings on the accessory tray of the same stair machine which sat there untouched for over a week. This isn’t a problem as such, but kinda highlights how overlooked the gym is. The gym I’ve since moved is cheaper and far, far cleaner. Staff are nice though.
