About DoubleTree by Hilton London Heathrow Airport
Golf, fishing and a scattering of pubs and restaurants sit within easy reach of DoubleTree by Hilton London Heathrow Airport, along with entertainment options for anyone breaking up a journey rather than rushing straight through. Bath Road puts the hotel close to the airport terminals and the business parks that surround them, with central London routes accessible for those wanting to venture further.
The hotel has 200 rooms across five floors, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, and family and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. Guests get free WiFi, drinks in the room and the option of room service, with laundry and packed lunches on offer for early flights or long days of meetings. A lift serves all floors, and luggage storage and concierge services take care of the practical side of airport stays.
Food and drink run to a relaxed on-site restaurant, a bar and a snack bar, with breakfast and kids' meals also available. There's a gym and a spa with sauna for unwinding, plus meeting rooms and business services for those travelling for work. On-site parking is available for a charge, and airport transfers can be arranged directly through the hotel.
What guests say
The rooms are clean, bed is good, bathroom is fine. Decent parking space. Helpful staff with my personal experience. Overall we had good time but the car parking system depressed me after 2 months. This was due to SMART PARKING who takes parking charge but doesn’t update their system even after hotel informs them to correct one letter mistake. Please make sure to get the details about car parking and the charges being paid while checking in. The staff at reception are helpful but sometimes a small human error may put you in a big trouble. Reception should make sure to check with customer about correct license plate if parked and confirming it to avoid unnecessary parking charges from Smart Parking. Smart Parking does not cooperate well with hotel and take longer to resolve any minor mistake. Manager and other staff including reception dealing with parking needs to update their system to resolve the error as soon as a customer raises any such issue. Thanks to manager and staff involved to resolve my issue with smart parking.

Great one night stay after an overnight flight. Was able to check in a little early which was much appreciated. Beds were comfy and room was great. Walking the neighbourhood felt safe for two women travellers. Sahana at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. 5 stars for her alone! Highly recommend.

A quick overnight stop here, room was fine, TV was smallish but worked well. I had a bath in my room, which I always like. The room was clean, coffee and tea provided in the room too. Plenty of food options if you don't eat here, the nearby Portuguese restaurant is recommended. Good sleep quality, and comfortable bed and especially pillows. Breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruit too. cookies on arrival and staff were good. Nice brief stay.

The staff was really friendly. The pictures on the website make the hotel look better than it currently does. It's relatively close to the airport (taxi fare 27-60£ depending on the number of bags and passengers) THE BEDS ARE HORRIBLE. I couldn't sleep at all. The mattress was too firm and the pillows weren't firm enough to support my neck. I don't think I'd stay there again.
