OMG! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else while in London! The staff were the icing on the cake. Every detail was attended to: from the doorman, to the reception to housekeeping. The food and roomservice were great and the location was perfect with easy access to all the major sights in London. It’s the perfect option when staying more than a few days as the suits were spacious and the little kitchen allowed prep of special delights for folks with dietary restrictions. We will be back!

Great Mayfair location (right behind the old US Embassy). Rooms are old fashion looking but clean and comfortable. A small but full kitchen is very nice especially for breakfast or augmenting take away meals from the store. Downside, only the service elevator is working and the staff, whilst nice and professional are not subtle about having a hand out for a tip - very old school in that way.

We booked here last week for my staff who were working in the area. We got a great rate and the property was furnished to great standard. The property was clean throughout and the communication was great. Would happily stay here again

Flat we had did not match the one online. It was mid-level furnishings. The location is great, though, and the staff were extremely kind. Given the options in Mayfair, this isn't the best choice.
