About Hotel Lily

West London's Fulham and Chelsea borders are well served by transport links and a steady run of local restaurants and bars, and Hotel Lily on Lillie Road puts guests within easy reach of both. It's a straightforward, no-frills base for travellers who want to be close to the station and nearby eateries without paying central London prices.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, family options for those travelling in a group, and drinks available in room, with a lift making access straightforward throughout the building. A 24-hour reception and luggage storage add convenience for early arrivals or late departures, and free WiFi is included throughout. It's worth noting that upkeep in some rooms has been inconsistent, so this suits guests prioritising location and value over polish.

Beyond the hotel, the surrounding streets offer pubs, bars, restaurants and other eateries within easy walking distance, along with entertainment nearby for evenings out. For a convenient, well-connected stopover in this part of London, Hotel Lily covers the basics well.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel I have ever been to and I have stayed in some rough hotels. Had a room booked for one night due to needing a cheap place overnight for work. Room 1 was not in a stay-able condition at all. Complained to the guy at the desk and he offered me another room. Room 2 was also not in a stay-able condition. Complained again and he said he would raise it to the manager. I asked if he can give me anything like a refund aswell as letting me stay or another room. Told me that wasn't an option and that they were fully booked (I HIGHLY doubt that) Called Agoda (Booking Website) complaining and got given a refund (Not a complaint against them) I repeat. Do NOT stay in this dive. Have photographed everything and will be reporting this further. Room 1: Black mold on the ceiling of the shower (Really Bad aswell). Room not Hoovered. Staines all over the chair. Doubt the bedding was washed. Room 2: Electrical Cable from the TV just sat on the table (The cable was cut and the metal insides were completely on show) Room not hoovered again! Staines all over the chair again! Random holes / gaps in the ceiling above the shower! Curtain was broken. Will NEVER stay here again. Wouldn't wish this on my arch enemy. Moved hotel to the pod hotel in Piccadilly and so much cleaner and actually comfier.

Ok so I have never given a bad review for anything as I always try to see the best in places. Unfortunately there is no way anyone can see the best in this place. The only positive are that the location is okay. The room hadn't been cleaned from previous users. Bins in toilet still full, crumbs on the side. Floor had piles of dust, the beds hadn't even been made just a pile of duvets and pillows on one bed. Shower didn't work, trickle of water so couldn't have a bath. Room was so hot there wasn't any airflow so had to open windows with sirens and loud noise from outside. Went to use lift and it was the most crammed space a real claustrophobic nightmare. So as the other went down and I was waiting on my own I got asked if I had any drugs to sell by another customer. Classy. Final got in the lift and was just praying if made it to the ground floor. The room was that bad nobody in our group actually slept in the beds they all slept fully clothed on top just incase they caught something. I'd love to say this was an exaggeration but this is genuine see photos.

Location is great and prices are very competitive. But the rooms can be a bit of the downside. During my stay at the hotel, I had to request a room change due to missing duvet set, pillow, broken window handles which prevent me from closing the window. Receptionist tho was very friendly, assisted with understanding and swapped the room. The new room was vague much better and seemed like newly decorated/refurbished.

Made a wrong decision to stay here. Desperate to book an affordable place to stay, I chose this place despite noticing too many negative review. I was too naive to belive any of those. But believe me not, each and everyone of the those review were spot on. 1. Smelly room 2. Dirty / dusty 3. Broken tiles and bathroom faucet 4. Uncomfortable bed The room was so small, there's barely any space for you to walk and get dressed. Had to bump to each other. It was like survival of fittest, just to get dressed. This is my first time in London, apparently rooms don't have AC? Well atleast this hotel doesn't have a room with an AC. The pros are there's lots of pubs, restaurants and convient stores nearby. Lots of public transport nearby. Walking distance to Stamford Bridge (if you're a Chelsea fan, I still wouldn't recommend this).
