The Bean Flat

The Bean Flat comes with everything built in for cooking and living independently. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can prepare proper meals or handle laundry without hunting for a laundrette. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Both bathrooms have baths and showers, one with a shower cubicle and one with a shower over the bath.

The flat is on one floor and sleeps six across two double bedrooms (each 4ft 6in) plus a double sofa bed in the open-plan living area. The living space has a smart TV, and there's a separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen. It's yours alone—no shared spaces or other guests using the property.

Earlsfield Station is 300 yards away, giving direct access to central London. The neighbourhood itself is walkable, with a pub within a mile and local cafes and shops nearby. Wandsworth Common is close by for outdoor space. No smoking indoors.
