About Hub by Premier Inn London Covent Garden
Covent Garden is one of London's busiest and most theatrical corners, packed with shops, restaurants and stages, and Hub by Premier Inn London Covent Garden puts guests right in the middle of it on St Martins Lane. With 163 rooms across four floors, this is a city-centre base built for people who want to spend their time out exploring rather than lounging in a lobby.
Rooms are on the small side, in keeping with the central London setting, but they're well organised with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and complimentary hot drinks provided in-room. Beds are comfortable, and accessible rooms are available. There's a restaurant and bar on site for guests who'd rather not venture out, along with breakfast, a lift, and 24-hour reception for late finishes or early starts.
There's no parking at the property, so this suits guests arriving on foot, by train or by taxi rather than by car. Beyond the front door, the theatres, pubs and restaurants of Covent Garden are all within easy reach, making it a practical stop for a few nights of West End shows and city exploring.
What guests say
My wife and I stayed 2 nights only this week and our stay is a pleasant memory. The reason? All due to BOSIA!!! the young Polish lady at the reception! BOSIA was ever ready on standby to advise, to guide, everything to make our stay so effortless by taking on the efforts herself for our convenience. BOSIA was to us the hotel's receptionist, concierge, cafe manager, guide etc. In a larger hotel, she would be the General Manager! With her excellent PR skills and ability to forecast & meet guests' expectations, she is ripe for a more senior role in management, not just at the front desk. And special thanks to Natasha too, also a very present help. The room was very small but clean and well kept. The location was superb: food is right here at Leicester Square & Covent Garden, for entertainment.. theatres literally next door and across the street; the Leicester Tube station is

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, with major attractions like Big Ben and Trafalgar Square just a short walk away. Citybus and Tube are just a walk away. The staff were very cooperative and welcoming, ensuring a smooth stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The street ambiance around the hotel added to the charm, making it a delightful base for exploring London. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and great service.

Brilliant. Great location for central London. Rooms are much more substantial than expected ( I was traveling alone) really quiet, great bed. Bathroom was brill (but bring your own shampoo!) air con was good and room lighting options were very welcome, no annoying LED lights in the ceiling either ;) Free coffee in the lounge area was great (good coffee too) and staff were excellent. All really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alina for going the extra mile to allocate me a room suited to my needs.

I’ll start with the most important detail that wasn’t known to us in advance - the windows doesn’t open at all! No fresh air. The rooms are so tiny that it’s impossible to fit in more than one person. The bed isn’t a full size bed and can’t fit two adults. The lobby has a strong smell of sewerage. Especially in the morning. The staff is ok. The room isn’t cleaned during the stay unless you ask and make sure they write to the cleaners. It took us two days to successfully get them to clean the room. The only thing that is truly great is the location and security level which make this hotel perfect for single travelers. But only for them. And for a short stay.
