We’re spending our last night in London, and I just wanted to say how grateful we are for this wonderful hotel. The staff have been incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. The bed is amazingly cozy, the room is spotless and well maintained, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. After long days of exploring London, it always felt so nice to come back and relax here. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Whenever we got tired, we could simply walk back to the hotel for a short rest before heading out again. There are also so many great restaurants and cafés nearby, so even with jet lag we never had to worry about finding something to eat late at night. Honestly, staying here has been one of the best parts of our London trip. It made our vacation effortless, comfortable, and memorable, and we would absolutely love to come back. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was truly exceptional, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, which made my stay feel extra special. One of my favorite features was the coffee shop located right downstairs. It was so convenient to grab a great cup of coffee and a delicious meal without even leaving the building. The food was fresh and tasty, and it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service, convenience, and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The customer service was truly outstanding—staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The welcoming drinks were a great touch and very enjoyable. The room was spotless, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom and a really nice shower. The entire building is kept in excellent condition, which made the stay even more comfortable. Having three elevators was also very convenient and helped avoid long waits. What really stood out was their attention to detail—they asked about special occasions, and Amy and I were pleasantly surprised with sweets as a gift. My spouse was especially happy, which made the stay even more memorable. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Best location!

A/C gets downright frosty. Square feet of floor space was more than accommodating for two. The wardrobe was tight. Service staff were just phenomenal, pleasant folk. The cafe served good food at fair prices. Seating there was less than comfortable, which meant everyone ate and moved on making room for others. Best thing: location. You can walk to anything you want to see and be there in just a few minutes. Probably two hundred restaurants within a ten minute walking radius.
