We booked and paid in full for this accommodation on 8 July for a stay from 22 July to 25 July, as we were travelling to attend a family funeral. The evening before we were due to arrive, our booking was cancelled completely out of the blue, with no explanation whatsoever. When I contacted the property to find out what had happened, I was simply told to contact Booking.com. No reason was given, and no attempt was made to help resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the property was showing as available to book again the very next morning after our reservation had been cancelled, despite us having secured and paid for it weeks in advance. As a result, we were left scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which cost us almost double the price we had originally paid. We also now have to wait 7–12 days for our refund, leaving us significantly out of pocket through no fault of our own. This experience caused unnecessary stress at an already difficult time, as we were travelling to attend a funeral.

Excellent stay here on 28th June 2024 1 night. Everything reflects in the price. Clean Great idea with key code to access your key etc No welcome required in person, which suited us both. Yes the bathroom is across the hall opposite our room but again this reflects in the price. Squeaky door and handle - bit of oil? Wd40? That's about the only criticism but superb location to the tube. Definitely would stay again. Thank you so much :)

A good budget place to stay close to public transport. Staff was awful though. Especially the cleaners. It was a heat wave and I called, wrote, etc never heard back about simply asking for a basic fan. We ended up opening the unlocked cleaning closet and found a fan because we were desperate. But for London I suppose it's still a good deal.

Why booking.com is deliberately deleting the evidence Photo and changing the review? You have to provide the Pin immediately after it has been paid. You cannot say Something else. I Germany, the untrue information of a product is defined as misleading Business Activity which can lead to fine. I do not understand why Nobody Talk about this Here in England
