Without question, this is our favourite Premier Inn in the UK. We have stayed here multiple times and have always been impressed by the consistently outstanding service provided by every member of staff. From check-in to departure, the team is warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained, with immaculate public areas and comfortable, spotless bedrooms. Everything is cared for to a very high standard, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment throughout the property. One of the highlights of every visit is the excellent food. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality items, with something to suit every taste. Dinner is equally enjoyable, with delicious meals, generous portions, and attentive service that makes dining a pleasure. The restaurant team consistently goes above and beyond, and the quality of both the food and service rivals that of many far more expensive hotels. The location is another major advantage. Bromley is a lovely town with attractive parks, excellent shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés. At the same time, it offers easy access to London, with Central London just a short train journey away. On every level, this Premier Inn exceeds expectations. The combination of exceptional staff, outstanding food, spotless accommodation, and an excellent location keeps us coming back time and again. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to be staying here. There is ample (underground) parking at the hotel special rate of £5 per 24 hours. Our rooms are spacious and the beds huge and very comfortable. The team are all so friendly and helpful, if we ask for something (like an iron and ironing board) we never have to wait long. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. Having air conditioning in the room is a luxuery we had not expected, but very much appreciated. The breakfasts are awesome (not so good for the waistline😁) the hot food is well cooked and there is so much choice, I don't have to wait long when I ask for porridge and the portions are very generous. With Bromley South station just a short walk away and numerous bus services, including two SuperLoop services, the hotel is in an excellent location for visitors to London. The Chrchill theatre is a few minutes walk away, the Vue cinema a few steps across the square from the hotel, the Glades shopping centre (offering numerous high street brands and independent shops) also a short walk away and there are all sorts of eateries to choose from in Bromley so, there really is something for everyone. We might have to extend our stay and will be very happy to do so. We think the hotel offers excellent value for money and we cannot recommend this Premier Inn highly enough.

A Lovely hotel! Staff are amazing and the breakfast is really great. The food is definitely cooked with love here. There is air con in the room and fans. The staff are all very nice and attentive, I feel confident that if there were any issues they would bend over backwards to help. I strongly recommend this premier inn and will stay again as a first choice!

Really impressed with the quality of this Hotel! There aren't many hotels in this part of London but this one excels for quality and comfort. Everything you need and we slept so well; beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. We had an accessible room which was really well thought out ( often an afterthought in other hotels) and parking was fairly simple; underground and shared with the other facilities in the area, with a short walk from the lift to hotel entrance . We didn't try the food in the hotel. Price wise, in comparison with other hotels in London, fairly competitive. Highly recommend.
