We had our first stay at Bromley Court Hotel, literally had to book it on the day for an overnight stay. The online booking system was quite simple to use and described the rooms in detail. They have an online checking in system which sped up the process at reception. Lily at reception desk was friendly and very informative. The deluxe doubleroom was spacious and overlooke d the garden areas, comfortable and bed and bedlinen were to a very good standard. We arrived quite late so decided to eat at the hotle restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised - food was great, well cooked and presented beautifully. The waiter Alex was attentative, service was fantastic. We will definitley stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Attended an afternoon tea and the venue was lovely, nicely decorated for the event and staff were helpful and friendly. The afternoon tea was not to my taste and a few others who attended felt the same. There was not your commonly made sandwiches and it would seem the food was plated beforehand so it wasn't as fresh I would have liked it to be. Not to my taste unfortunately. We've stayed before and had a lovely room and the grounds are well kept and thr beautiful garden was enjoyed by all.

We had a day stay for our anniversary celebration and everything was really good. The lunch menu was very well served by Andreas and another lady. Both of them were really attentive and professional. The Venezuelan lady at the hotel reception was super professional too, giving nice and clear explanations about the services. The room was spotless and had a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Great venue. The rooms were good. We stayed on a very hot weekend and the Aircon had a timer for an hour which meant we woke up throughout the night to turn it back on when it got too warm. All the meals were great (breakfast, and wedding breakfast). Staff were friendly and helpful.
