About The Cadogan A Belmond Hotel London

Breakfast and dining are a genuine draw at The Cadogan A Belmond Hotel London, with a restaurant turning out food that guests single out as a highlight, alongside a bar for slower evenings and kids' meals for families passing through Chelsea. Room service and in-room drinks round out the offering for those who prefer not to leave their room at all.

The hotel's 54 rooms lean towards spacious, well-designed spaces with comfortable, upscale touches, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, and family and accessible rooms available alongside a bridal suite for special stays. Staff are consistently noted for warm, attentive service and thoughtful extras, and the hotel adds a gym, spa and sauna, concierge, valet parking, and business and meeting facilities for those mixing work with the stay. A private garden gives guests a quiet outdoor space that's unusual for a hotel in this part of London.

We chose to stay at The Cadogan based on the reviews and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Service overall was impeccable, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Lee and Jeremy at the concierge desk were particularly helpful in assisting us with tour availability and booking, as well as other questions during our stay. We were always greeted warmly and offered umbrellas when there was threat of rain on our way out by the doormen. We ended up ordering in room dining several times because we enjoyed the food (both breakfast and all day dining). Cannot recommend strongly enough. We would definitely stay at The Cadogan for our next London trip!

We completely fell in love with The Cadogan. Right in the heart of Chelsea, it gets quiet luxury completely right. The rooms are modern, stylish, and beautifully designed, and the service throughout our stay was incredible. Easily one of our favorite properties in London, we'll definitely be back!

The Cadogan was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy! While the location, food and drink, decor and ambience, and amenities were surely worthy of five stars, the staff were what made our (two week+) stay top-notch. Jamie and the concierge team were able to accommodate every question and request; the dining services team (the breakfast servers in particular) provided exceptional meals and hospitality; the housekeeping team kept the hotel and our room in impeccable shape; the front desk and lobby team greeted us every time we returned from our adventures. Everything was wonderfully personalized and The Cadogan truly felt like our home away from home! If you are looking for an intimate, bespoke, luxury hotel within walking distance from iconic London museums, shops, venues, parks, and more, this is it.

We recently stayed at The Cadogan Hotel, London, and it is without question one of the finest hotels we have experienced. The staff were exceptional — kind, highly professional, and genuinely conversational. The front-of-house team made time for us throughout our stay, and the service felt personal rather than scripted. A special mention to Daniel the concierge, who showed us around the hotel and highlighted significant architectural details — a wonderful touch. We were upgraded to a Mini Suite, which was immaculate and finished to an outstanding standard. The room quality, comfort, and overall presentation were truly world-class. Food was excellent, and the atmosphere of the hotel is refined yet welcoming. The team also celebrated my husband’s birthday with a small cake and card, and he even enjoyed chatting with the Italian members of staff as he’s learning Italian — a perfect example of hospitality done properly. A remarkable London hotel in every sense. Highly recommended.
