Love this hotel! Staff is great, food is excellent and well priced, I honestly don't know how they can afford to sell such quality food at those prices. We had options to eat elsewhere but we ended up back at the hotel both nights! The rooms are excellent, they have AC and all the amenities of a modern hotel in such an amazing vintage building. The London public transit is excellent, download the TfL app asap and enjoy bus and train timetables in your pocket! There's two bus stops directly out the courtyard of the hotel, and from there you can literally go anywhere. We travelled for three days, two people, over dozens of miles and spent about $50 American, but that was with a couple metro passes. If you can stick to the buses, you can easily cut that in half. Being able to step out the door of your hotel, have the city at your feet, and just as easily travel away from the noise and the excitement to a quiet pub in the suburbs is just delightful. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Have not used the hotel but came for breakfast this morning and it was terrible. We ordered 2 large breakfasts. Cutlery not clean, which is not acceptable. Eggs ok, bacon that had just been shown the pan, sausages ok, beans lukewarm at best, hash browns good, mushrooms ok and toast cold but somehow burnt and soggy at the same time. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Visited the Greenwood pub this evening with some friends and had a really great experience. Ariche provided excellent service throughout the evening — he was extremely helpful, kind, and very friendly. He made us feel very welcome and ensured everything went smoothly with our order. I highly recommend the pizzas. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. Thanks again, Ariche!

A very comfortable hotel located in a residential area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee available in room, or if you show your card at the bar you can have it for free. Staff very friendly and helpful. A short walk to station to take you into Marylebone. The pub is large and lively, with 4 different areas to eat or drink in.
