Some issue with the hotel reservation system during the booking process but was resolved by the excellent reservation team. This was followed by an issue with the room that was identified by maintenance while we were out for dinner. Again, was efficiently resolved by moving us to another room. Overall, excellent service throughout our stay from the concierge, front of house through to the waiting staff at breakfast. Quiet little hotel in great location. We will be back

We had a truly wonderful stay at COMO The Halkin. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, which made it incredibly peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise from nearby restaurants at all. At the same time, it’s very conveniently located, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches for our 5-year-old daughter. The hotel prepared a small bed, kids’ toiletries, and even a teddy bear for her. She absolutely loved it. The bathroom was also excellent, with great water pressure and perfectly controlled temperature. Breakfast was of a very high standard as well. A special thank you to Pammy, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We hope to see her again on our next visit. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The hotel is very modern and cosy; we are currently staying in Suite 408 — perfect! It’s very comfortable, with a nice selection of products in the minibar and excellent service with great attention to detail. I would like to highlight Pammy in particular for going above and beyond to make sure our stay is memorable. Absolutely brilliant service from her. We also tried the food in the restaurant. The steak was fabulous and cooked exactly to our preferences. The waiters were polite and professional. Breakfast is also of high quality, and the waitresses were super nice and helpful. The concierge team approached us prior to our stay and made some excellent recommendations for food and transportation. They also suggested a nearby tennis court and kindly offered tennis rackets, along with assistance with the booking. A fabulous approach from the concierge team. COMO The Halkin truly stands out, and we cannot wait to return!

Our stay at COMO was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it. The service was truly outstanding, every member of the staff was attentive, thoughtful, and especially kind to our children. They consistently went above and beyond, making this the best service we have ever experienced. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious, and the location could not have been better. Access to the private park across the street, complete with a wonderful playground, was a particularly special touch. Breakfast was delicious and of the highest quality. We look forward to returning on our next visit to London.
