We stayed at The Resident Victoria in London for one night in January 2026 and had an excellent experience. The rooms are compact but very well designed and include all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged and practical. The location is exceptional, within walking distance of major London landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and many other attractions. It’s truly one of the best locations if you want to explore central London on foot. The service was outstanding, and we would especially like to thank Manuela, who was incredibly kind and welcoming with us. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend The Resident Victoria to anyone visiting London. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was simply perfect. What everyone says about this hotel is true, but the biggest reason is the exceptional staff. Every single person at reception was genuinely kind, warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with absolutely anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and that level of hospitality made all the difference. They made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The little kitchenette was such a wonderful bonus—we enjoyed preparing fresh salads and light dinners there after long days exploring London, and it made our stay even more comfortable. The team's recommendations for places to visit and eat were excellent and really helped us make the most of our trip. Everything throughout the hotel was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was fantastic. This was genuinely a perfect holiday, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful people at The Resident Victoria. We will definitely be back. I had an excellent stay at the resident Victoria. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The service was outstanding throughout my visit, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

What an awesome hotel. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are so friendly and courteous. The 6pm drinks in the foyer is such a nice touch. Spoke to some amazing people this evening. The rooms have everything you need for a lovely stay.Highly recommended.
