I have been staying in the hotel since Friday. What made my stay special are the staff. Since there were no fridge in the rooms, I needed my 2 insulated bags which hold food to be kept in the fridge. Each morning I would need to get my bags and more during the day. No matter which staff I would be dealing with they would be so helpful. When we arrived with my friend on Friday there was a mix up with our bookings, the manger and the reception staff were amazing. They looked after us really well and sorted everything out. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is incredible , right tin the center. All the pubs are around. The Peace bridge is only 10 mins walk away. I did my morning walks along the Foyle marina and the Derry walls each morning. It's completely safe too. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Great quality/ price value too.

We paid for a slightly larger room (well worth it) and were very pleased with the hotel. Even the free breakfast was of a good quality. Parking is available in the shopping centre opposite for a ‘discounted’ £12 per night (which seemed a little steep). Whilst the location isn’t as good as some Derry hotels, it’s such a small city it only takes a few minutes to walk into the centre.

The staff were so helpful and coeliac aware which made my stay a lot more comfortable. My daughter was ill and they allowed me to take up food to the room and helped negotiate juggling keys with food and the elevator. Attached restaurant also very helpful with a dedicated gluten-free fryer and had a staff come up to the room with food and beverages.

Unbelievable stay ! Had the pleasure of staying in the new Suite, room 417 it was beautiful ! Kitchen included and the most comfortable bed. Staff and management could have done no more for us. The new bar which has so many activities including darts, mini golf, shuffle board and the best of all “ The Voice” karaoke pod ! My daughter and I had the best couple of days and can’t wait to get back soon. Highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, having stayed in so many hotels over the years in the city ! Can’t believe it’s a three star hotel ! Extra star should be there for the hospitality alone !
