We stayed in our touring caravan so did not need to use the accomodation on site. The facilities were brilliant! A very clean, well maintained pool and changing facilities. Food choice of entertainment for kids. My son enjoyed the sea scooter - thanks Matt, lifeguard for making it fun. And the slime making - thanks to Sarah for making it fun! The Foresters bar and the Wild Boar cafe served lovely food, and the bar staff were friendly. Sorry i don't remember all of the names, but Maddy was one of the kind, smiley staff members. Being next to the forest was great for getting out on bikes and quiet walks, without having to drive anywhere! We look forward to returning.

An amazing weekend , fab location ,close drive (10 mins max) to symonds yat, Beechenhurst, perrygrove railway and puzzlewood. Stayed in ground floor apartments which were spotless, beds very comfortable also! Pool fabulous and clean- kids absolutely loved their stay Kind friendly staff- very welcoming ! Will definitely be coming back as 2 days was just not enough in this beautiful location with great accommodation at whitemead. Booked with hoseason, check in was quick and simple. 5 stars from me!

Lovely site which feels very safe. Pitches week maintained. Only criticism would be the outside bar area which appears badly maintained (lower level). Some of the signage also could do with a good clean including the signage on the entrance to the park. Great stay and will be back.

Fantastic short 3 night break in old motorhome, Feb 2026. Great facilities, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym was used by us both. Nice cafe and well stocked shop. Never got to frequent the venue for the evening, but looks like they put a good show on with tribute acts. Fantastic woodland walks, local pub serving good food, 5 mins walk away. Will definitely be returning.
