It was a spontaneous booking because it was very hot in England and we wanted accommodation with a pool. We received a very friendly welcome and quickly felt at home. Everyone was extremely helpful. The breakfast was perfect, and there was also the option to eat there in the evening. Dinner was rather expensive, but all in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and felt comfortable.

We stayed in the apartment complex behind and Had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening. All food is locally sourced. We couldn't fault the meal or the service. Staff were extremely nice and efficient. A great small bar with a large variety of bottled drinks. The hotel runs a zero waste policy for the kitchen and our choice on the menu was order earlier in the afternoon and delivered on time at the table, beautifully presented in a stunning dining room. Good value considering the quality of the meal.

Loved this hotel, everything was perfect. Bed super comfy, breakfast had lots of choice and outdoor pool was quiet and relaxing. Staff friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fernhill. The hotel has a charm and atmosphere, the service is super friendly, and the food is delicious. I especially liked the kitchen’s no-waste policy. It is great to see such a genuine commitment to sustainability, which is still far too rare today. Highly recommended!
