About Old Lyme Guest House
Old Lyme Guest House occupies a 17th-century stone building of local Blue Lias construction on Coombe Street, in the quietest part of the old town, yet only a level three-minute walk from the seafront, shops and the Marine Theatre. Owners Sue and Sandra run the guest house personally and have built a loyal following for their warm, attentive hospitality.
Rooms are simply and comfortably furnished in keeping with the building's age, and a home-cooked breakfast is served each morning to set guests up for a day on the coast path or the beach.
Its central old-town position and genuinely personal service make it a consistent favourite with repeat visitors looking for good value without sacrificing a walkable location.
